The Bloomington ChopHouse is committed to the highest quality Midwest raised beef. We featuring prime cuts and locally raised grass-fed beef and bison. We seek sustainable fresh seafood for our menu and serve seasonal locally grown produce when possible. Our Wine Spectator awarded wine list has more than 200 labels and features a reserved Coravin program with by the glass and vertical pours. Enjoy a dynamic cocktail experience in Olive Lounge prior to dinner with your favorite classic cocktail, a craft beer from in depth beer list or selection from our wines by the glass. We offer a Monday through Friday happy hour in Olive Lounge featuring half priced wine by the glass, half priced signature cocktails and $4 craft draft beer from 3-6pm. Enjoy our date night, every Saturday, featuring a couples three course menu with a bottle of wine.
